Two bedroom: $625.00-$745.00 *$100.00 more for 3 people

Water, sewer and trash are included. Tenant pays for their electricity and gas (heat). Average utility bill for a one bedroom is about $60.00 and for a two bedroom - about $70.00 per month.

We require a one year lease. Deposit is one month's rent.
