PETS WELCOME!

  • Cats: $25.00 / Month

  • Caged Animals: $15.00/ Month 

  • Dogs: $50.00 / Month – about 40 lbs weight limit (*Average Full Grown Weight for the Breed*)

  • $200.00 Non-Refundable Pet Fee (per pet) Restrictions Apply

We are breed restrictive, and each pet will need to be approved by management prior to being permitted at the property and a proper pet agreement is also required. ESA and Service Animals, with proper documentation from a Mental Health Care Provider do not have to meet breed restrictions.

Breeds or mixed breeds containing any of the following are not permitted (list subject to change without notice):

Canine:

  • American Staffshire Terrier

  • American Pitbulls

  • Belgian Malinois

  • Dobermans

  • German Shepherds

  • Mastiff Breeds

  • Presna Canario

  • Rottweilers

  • Wolf Hybrids

Documentation from your Veterinarian identifying the breed is required as well as proof of updated vaccination records and a pet picture are a part of the pet approval process. Please contact management PRIOR to adopting or purchasing an animal. All required documentation and fees must be done PRIOR to the pet arriving on the property.
