PET POLICY

  • Cats: $25.00 / Month

  • Caged Animals: $15.00/ Month

  • Dogs: $50.00 / Month – about 40 lbs weight limit (*Average Full Grown Weight for the Breed*)

  • $200.00 Non-Refundable Pet Fee (per pet) Restrictions Apply

Additional Lease Fees

Gold Falls Villa Apartments believes in transparency. In specific situations the following fees may apply. 

 

  • Administrative Fee $100.00, When switching roommates or making adjustments to your lease agreement *with approval*

  • Utility Fee – $25.00, When Gold Falls Villa has to bill you for Utilities. *Applicable each month until tenant transfers utilities into their name*

  • 3 Day Notice Fee – $25.00, When rent is not paid by the 15th of the month and Gold Falls Villa must send out a 3 Day Notice of Non-Payment of Rent

  • Late Fee – $40.00, When rent is not paid by the 7th of the month

  • Lease Violation Fine: $50.00/ violation
